The Corl House is a converted home. It features views of Woodland Meadows Park, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a large cement deck. The rental space includes two rooms, separated by a fireplace/bookshelf wall, and a large kitchen with ample counter and cupboard space. The rooms can seat up to 25 people and feature pre-set air-conditioning when appropriate. Included are two 12' folding tables, twenty stacking chairs, a TV / VCR, a couch and two upholstered chairs. While Woodland Meadows Park is an off-leash dog park, pets are not permitted inside Corl House.
Potable water is available via the kitchen sink and the space offers one handicapped accessible restroom. Several 110-volt electrical outlets are located around the rooms. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and 12-cup coffee maker.
Corl House offers parking for 16 cars.
